CPC Plans Prayer In Conjunction With A Peaceful Protest At The White House Regarding The Persecution of Coptic Egyptian Christians

CPC Chairman, Dr. Wiley Drake and CPC Co-Chairman, Prof. Clyde Rivers have announced that Congressional Prayer Conference of Washington DC will be in full participation with the peaceful demonstration to be held on behalf of the persecuted Coptic Christians of Egypt. The protest is scheduled for Thursday April 18, 2013 from noon to 2:00 PM in front of the White House on Pennsylvania Ave. at the main gate. This will be followed by a march to Congress/Capital Hill via Pennsylvania Ave.

The Congressional Prayer Conference of Washington DC, in prayer support for the situation of the persecution of the Coptic Egyptians Christian, are offering their support of the peaceful protest on behalf of these persecuted believes in Egypt. We will fully participate in the White House Prayer Meeting for the Egyptian Coptic Church. We will have full correspondence on the ground holding prayer while the protest is happening.
